Something to make you smile…
Please excuse Jennifer for missing school yesterday. We forgot to get the Sunday paper off the porch, and when we found it Monday, we thought it was Sunday.

Last Saturday, as I was beating myself up to keep my eyes open for the 4-hour traffic safety lecture, I received a phone call from Ms. Kwon. She’s the shop in-charge for the trading company I worked for, a few years ago.
Almost all people I worked with in the said company, calls [...]

Had a long day today. Went to driving school at 12 noon. Practiced driving for 2 hours, then proceeded to the school classroom for 4 straight hours of lecture ’bout traffic safety. Had to beat myself up to keep me from dozing off~.
Today’s my fifth day at driving school. Which means I’ve had 10 [...]

I‘ve been celebrating Chu-seok (Korean Thanksgiving Day) for the last decade. The first few years has been tough, not that the next few years came easy, let’s just say… it’s been better (or maybe I just got used to it.)

And here’s our house!

Been busy these days, since I’ve been working on the papers of [...]

I‘ve been using Google Earth since it’s release last June 28. It’s a really neat program and is continually being updated. I was glad to see that the area where my Lola lives can be seen clearly (Sta. Rosa/Kawit/Bacoor area), but sad to say my hometown as well as Seoul, isn’t clearly viewable yet. Last [...]

I‘ve been “turtle-ing” my way through the house cleaning that I started last Sunday. Actually hubs started it by suggesting “WE” do a general house cleaning routine. Of course, the “WE” only lasted for an hour, and I’m left with “ME” to do everything else.
Wasn’t able to finish it last Sunday, so I needed the [...]
